At Jewelry Making Tool, we strive to provide the best products and services. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately after receiving it. If you find any items damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, some products may not be eligible for returns once opened or used. These items will be clearly noted on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you’re unsure about a specific product, feel free to contact us for clarification.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and, once approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
